Can I access a purchased drum kit again later?
Yes. Once payment is verified, the product is attached to your Downloads area with two secure download attempts. If you need another one, please contact support by email.
Are files delivered through public links?
No. Product files stay in private storage. The system generates a short-lived access link only after entitlement checks pass.
Do I need to purchase before leaving a review?
Yes. The review flow is gated by purchase checks and all new reviews are moderated before publication.
What are campaign measurement records used for?
Limited campaign measurement data is reviewed to understand storefront performance and which campaigns lead to orders.
