Sales and Refund Policy

The 808Shadow sales and refund policy explains digital delivery, download limits, payment verification, and refund review for digital products.

1. Nature of the products

Products sold on 808Shadow are digital goods, not physical merchandise. Once an order is completed, delivery is performed through secure account-based access and no physical shipment is made.

Because of that, refund review differs from physical-goods workflows and takes access state, download activity, payment verification, and license use into account.

2. Delivery and download limits

After payment is verified, the product is attached to the downloads area of the user's account. For security reasons, certain products are limited to two generated download links.

Use of those download rights is treated as an important indicator that digital delivery has started.

3. Situations that may qualify for review

Refund review may be opened for unauthorized duplicate charges, failure to deliver despite successful payment, system-caused corrupted files, or inability to unlock download access after verification.

Each request may be reviewed using order records, payment-provider responses, download logs, and support history.

4. Situations that do not automatically create refund rights

If access has already been granted or download rights were used, a later change of mind, a mismatch with creative preference, or compatibility issues inside the user's own setup does not automatically create a refund right.

Refunds may also be denied in cases involving raw-file sharing, license abuse, chargeback misuse, or other bad-faith behavior.

5. Withdrawal rights and digital-delivery exception

To the extent allowed by applicable law, legal exceptions may apply to instantly performed electronic services and non-tangible digital content delivered immediately.

Users accept that once digital delivery begins or downloadable access is unlocked, those exceptions may be considered during review.

6. Refund method

When a refund is approved, it is initiated through the original payment method whenever possible. Final settlement timing depends on the payment provider and the user's bank.

In chargeback or third-party dispute flows, the payment provider's records may be used as the main reference.
