License

The 808Shadow digital product license explains usage rights, prohibited use, commercial upgrades, and breach consequences.

1. Scope of the standard license

808Shadow products are digital assets delivered under a non-transferable license. A purchase grants a limited right to use the content; it does not transfer unrestricted ownership of the raw files.

The standard license allows you to use the content in your own music-production workflow, but it does not grant redistribution rights over the raw source material.

2. Prohibited use

Reselling, sharing, drive-based distribution, repackaging the raw files inside another sample pack, offering them through memberships, or transferring them to third parties is prohibited.

Publishing individual sounds or stems in a way that allows other producers to re-download the underlying source material is also a license breach.

3. Commercial use and upgrades

A standard license may be enough for many normal beat-production and release workflows, but extended campaigns, branded work, large catalog transfers, sync usage, exclusive rights, or bespoke rights may require an additional license.

Where that applies, a separate commercial-license discussion should be opened through support before or after the purchase.

4. Consequences of breach

If a license breach is detected, 808Shadow may suspend download access, review order and account records, limit support handling, and pursue any necessary legal remedies.

Order logs, download activity, and evidence of redistribution may be relied on during that review.
