Payment and Digital Delivery Policy
This policy explains how 808Shadow drum kits and digital production assets are priced, purchased through Polar, verified, and delivered.

1. Payment service
Payments for 808Shadow purchases are handled by Polar. Polar collects the payment, manages applicable sales tax, and issues the official payment document. 808Shadow never sees or stores your card details.
2. Embedded secure checkout
Checkout opens as a secure Polar window within 808shadow.com. Its payment form is served by Polar. A wallet, bank, or card verification step may temporarily open the relevant provider’s secure screen.
3. Currency and pricing
Orders placed from Türkiye are charged in Turkish lira; orders from other countries are charged in US dollars. The international price is calculated from the current exchange rate when the product is saved. Your language preference does not change the currency, and the total shown at checkout is recorded with your order.
4. Order confirmation
Your order is confirmed only after the payment provider approves it. Delivery does not begin until the product, currency, and total have been verified, and one payment cannot create duplicate deliveries.
5. Digital delivery
The verified product appears under Downloads. Buying a bundle also unlocks each drum kit attached to that bundle. Download links expire and are usage-limited; sharing raw files or links breaches the license.
6. Documents and email
Product and delivery details are emailed after purchase. Polar’s official receipt is available under Orders. If the email is delayed, your purchase remains available under Downloads in your account.
7. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes
Refunds are reviewed using delivery state, download records, technical faults, and mandatory consumer rights. Approved refunds return through Polar to the original payment method. A completed full refund removes access unless another valid purchase covers the same product.
