This policy explains what personal data is collected while selling digital products through 808Shadow, why it is processed, how it is stored, with whom it may be shared in a limited way, and how it is protected.

The scope is limited to account creation, sign-in, orders, payment verification, digital delivery, support requests, security records, cookie preferences, and marketing permissions.

We may process display name, email address, basic profile data returned by authentication providers, order records, payment-provider references, IP and security logs, theme and language preferences, download logs, and support correspondence.

Card details are not stored directly on 808Shadow servers. They are handled on the secure page of the payment provider, while we only receive limited verification records.

Data is processed to manage accounts, create orders, verify payments, deliver digital products, control download limits, prevent fraud, enforce rate limits, provide support, meet legal obligations, and maintain service quality.

Marketing communications are only sent where the user has given appropriate consent. Preference data such as theme and language may be stored to improve the user experience.

Processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligations, and explicit consent where required.

In line with KVKK-style principles used in Turkey, processing is intended to stay relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purpose. Unnecessary personal data collection is avoided where possible.

Data may be shared only as needed with payment providers, authentication services, hosting infrastructure, database operators, and private file-storage providers.

Such sharing is restricted to the minimum scope needed to process orders, enable secure delivery, maintain technical operations, or comply with legal duties.

Order, payment, and download records may be retained for reasonable periods for accounting, dispute resolution, security reviews, and legal compliance. Support records and security logs may also be retained on a limited basis.

To reduce unauthorized access risk, the service uses access controls, session validation, rate limiting, signed URLs, private storage, and security headers.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to your data, request correction, object to certain processing, or request deletion in specific cases.
