808Shadow is a digital storefront for listing, selling, and securely delivering drum kits, sample packs, melody kits, presets, and related production assets.

Using the site means you accept these terms together with the privacy policy, cookie policy, sales and refund policy, and license terms.

Certain actions require an account. You are reasonably responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for not sharing account access with third parties.

808Shadow may temporarily restrict access, orders, or downloads in cases involving suspected fraud, unusual traffic, repeated failed access attempts, license abuse, or payment-security concerns.

Product pages aim to display descriptions, file formats, previews, pricing, campaigns, and technical details accurately; however, obvious system errors, temporary display mismatches, or technical issues may occur.

In the event of a clear pricing error, system fault, or invalid campaign application, 808Shadow may place an order on hold, request verification, or cancel it.

Orders are subject to approval by the selected payment provider. Being redirected to a payment page alone does not grant delivery rights; the payment record must be verified before fulfillment.

For security reasons, certain orders may be reviewed manually. Repeated failed payments or unusual requests from multiple devices may cause the checkout flow to be paused.

Once payment is verified successfully, products are delivered digitally through the relevant area of your account. To reduce sharing and leakage risk, the system may use time-controlled or limited download links.

Some products are limited to two generated download links. Automating download creation or sharing those links with third parties is a violation of these terms.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of the raw files. It grants a limited digital right of use as defined by the product page and the license terms.

Reselling, redistributing, folder-sharing, repackaging, or exposing raw files inside memberships, packs, or public repositories is prohibited.

You may not damage the system, probe security weaknesses, attempt DDoS or brute-force behavior, bypass rate limits, upload malicious files, manipulate payment flows, or exceed license boundaries.

In such cases 808Shadow may suspend access, hold orders, revoke download links, retain relevant logs, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

The service is provided as available. 808Shadow does not assume unlimited liability for issues caused by the user's DAW setup, operating system, third-party plugins, network conditions, or device environment.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. In disputes, support review, technical records, order logs, and payment-provider responses may be used first.

These terms are interpreted in line with the store's digital sales and delivery flow. If a product carries extra conditions, the product page and license text are read together.

If any part of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
